<br />inbefore described owned by the said John Hilgendorf, deceased, at the time of his death be and
<br />the same is hereby assigned to Johanna Hilgendorf and her grantees as aforesaid, in fee simple,
<br />and free and clear of all debts and demands against the estate of the said John Hilgendorf, de-
<br />ceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED that this decree shall be binding and conclusive
<br />upon all persons, including creditors, heirs at law, devisees, legatees and other persons in-
<br />terested in said estate; that all claims-or demands against the estate of said decedent, whether
<br />due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, shall be forever barred.

<br />HELEN McMILLEN ELLIS, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 29th day of December, 1935, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence that was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter both
<br />creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that the said Helen McMillen Ellis died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />on July 13, 1925; being then a resident and inhabitant of said County and that at the time of her
<br />death she was seized and possessed of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one - seventh (3l) interest in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SJSWJ) of
<br />Section Twenty -one (21), and the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township
<br />Eleven (11),North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that the said Helen McMillen Ellis also had a life interest in the following described real estate
<br />to -wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NWJ)of Section Twenty -eight (29), Township Eleven (11),Range Ten (10),Weet
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said real estate having been devised to her under tree terms and provisions of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of one David Gilchrist, deceased, which'Will was duly admitted to probate in the County
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska on December 31, 1904, with the remainder to the heirs of her body.
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administra-
<br />tor of the estate of the deceased. That the husband of the said Helen McMillen Ellis survived:::.
<br />her and that her sole ,and only heirs -at -law at the time of her death were her husband Clisba A.
<br />Ellis and her children Robert R.Ellis, a son, and Nettie Knight, Margaret Searson, Maud Chapman
<br />and Bessie Kelly, daughters, they being the surviving children of this union; that one daughter,
