<br />dorf, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 29th day of June, 1939, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John Hilgendorf, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 29th day of June, 1939, this matter came on to be heard before the Court upon the
<br />petition of Amalia Hilgendorf, the pleadings and the evidence duly introduced. The Court being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds that an order has been duly entered herein fixing this day
<br />for the hearing of said petition and directing that notice be given to all persons interested in
<br />said estate- as provided by law; that such notice has been duly given by publication as provided
<br />by law and as shown by the affidavit of publication on file herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the said John Hilgendorf, being a citizen and resident of Monrovia,
<br />state of California, died testate on April 10 1929, leaving as his sole and only heirs at law the
<br />following named persons: his widow, Johanna Hilgendorf, now deceased; Amalia Hilgendorf, daughter,
<br />now residing at 154 South Euclid, Pasadena, California; Marie Otto, daughter, now residing at
<br />2439 Evans Street, Omaha, Nebraska; John A.Hilgendorf, son, now residing at 4005 American Avenue,
<br />Long Beach, California; Paul Hilgendorf, son, now residing at Hood River, Oregon; Doris Hilgendorf,
<br />grand - daughter, and Walter Hilgendorf, grand -son, now residing at 4433 Bessie Avenue, St. Louis,
<br />Missouri, children of Walter Hilgendorf, son of John Hilgendorf, who died prior to the death of
<br />the testator; Verona Winters, formerly Verona Hilgendorf, now residing at 3515 Howard Street,
<br />Omaha, Nebraska, adopted daughter of Rudolph Hilgendorf, son of John Hilgendorf, who died prior
<br />
