<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate,not filed herein, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up
<br />or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER 0?DERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that--the final report of Laurence J.Quillin
<br />and F.C.Divisek,.Executors, of the last will and testament of Letitia Louise quillin, deceased, be,
<br />and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for their final report, and said, estate is here-
<br />by settled and closed and said executors discharged and their bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate.described as follows:
<br />West half of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the west half of the southeast
<br />quarter of the southwest quarter, of Section 4, Township 11 ,North,Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />was devised to Laurence J.Quillin, Laura L.Cress, and Marie Divisek, subject to the life estate of
<br />W.H.Quillin, and subject also to the legacies provided in Paragraph V of said last will and testa-
<br />ment; $100.00 to Marie Divisek for the use and benefit of John Sanders quillin and to Catherine
<br />Louise Quillin and Patricia Louise quillin the sum of $50.00 each, and that said legacies constitute
<br />a charge against the aforesaid described real estate, as in said last will and testament provided.

<br />That I, John Hilgendorf, of Hood River County, Oregon, over the age of twenty -one years, namely,
<br />of the age of seventy -seven years, and a citizen of the United States of Ametica, being of sound
<br />and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace fraud or undue influence of any
<br />person
<br />,,whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in Manner and form fol-
<br />lowing:
<br />FIRST: It is my wish that all of my just debts be first paid.
<br />SECOND: I give and bequeath unto each of my children whom I now name herein, the sum of One
<br />Dollar, namely; to Amalia Hilgendorf, my dauther, of Hood River, Ore.; Marie Otto, my daughter,
<br />of 2439 Evans St., Omaha, Nebraska; John A.Hilgendorf, my son, of Seward, Nebraska; and Paul
<br />Hilgendorf, of Hood River, Oregon, another son; and also to Doris Hilgendorf and Waiter Hilgendorf,
<br />my grand - children of St. Louis,Mo. One Dollar each; and to Verona Hilgendorf, an adopted daughter
<br />of my son Rudolph Hilgendorf, deceased, of Seward, Nebraska, the sum of One Dollar.
