<br />I, LETITIA LOUISE QUILLIN, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing mind and
<br />memory, do hereby Make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all
<br />Wills and Codicils heretofore by me made.
<br />ITEM 1.
<br />I nominate and appoint Dr. Laurence J.Quillin and F.O.Divisek to be executors of 'this,my last Will
<br />and Testament.
<br />ITEM 11.
<br />I direct that all of my just debts, if any, and the expense of my last sickness and funeral be first
<br />paid.
<br />ITEM 111.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, W.H.Quillin, all of my personal property to be disposed
<br />of by him for his own use and benefit or for the benefit of my children; having the fullest confi-
<br />dence that he will distribute my personal effects and what money I may leave to himself and to my
<br />children according to my wishes expressed during my lifetime.
<br />ITEM 1V.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all of my real property, wherever located, to my beloved husband, W.H.
<br />Quillin, for his use and benefit during the term of his natural life; the remainder after his death
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my children, Laurence J.Quillin, Laura L.Cress, and Marie Divisek,
<br />subject to the legacies hereinafter mentioned.
<br />ITEP V.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Marie Divisek, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
<br />to be used by her for the use and benefit of my son, John
<br />Sanders Quillin, as she may see fit; I give, devise and bequeath to my grandchildren, Catherine
<br />Louise Quillin and Patricia Louise Quillin, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.) each; it is my Will
<br />that the above legacies shall be charged to the real estate of which I may die possessed, but that
<br />said real estate shall not be sold for the purpose of paying said legacies until after the death
<br />of my husband, W.H.Quillin, and at such timeafter his death as the heirs to the remainder of said
<br />real estate may decide to divide or sell said real estate.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day of June, 1936.
