<br />claims outstanding against this estate which have not been paid,that the same be and hereby^ for-
<br />ever barred and enjoined from being asserted against this estate or the assets thereof:
<br />NINTH
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate,all debts,elaims,eosts
<br />of administration,other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the legatees and
<br />devisees in said estate,that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and to the United States of Americari,no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />TENTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 12th day of,Apri1,1939;said Paul Sothman filed in this Court
<br />a petition setting forth that said Chris Harf st,executor heretofore appointed by the Court herein,
<br />departed this life on the 14th day of July,1934,without having filed a final report herein,and
<br />praying the Court for the appointment of Herbert F.Mayer as administrator will Will Annexed of the
<br />estate of Louise Sothman,deceased ;and that on the 12th day of Apri1,1939,an order of this Court
<br />was made therein,assigning the 13th day of May,1939,at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room in
<br />said county,as the time and place for hearing said petition,and ordering that notice be given to
<br />all persons interested in said matter b y publishing a notice of said order in the Grand Island
<br />Herald,a legal newspaper printed,published and circulating in said county three successive weeks
<br />prior to said day of hearing,and it appears by proof on file that notice of said hearing was given
<br />as ordered by this Court.
<br />ELEVENTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 13th day of May,1939,a hearing was had on said petition and an
<br />order entered by the Court appointing Herbert F.Mayer,Administrator with the Will Annexed of the >
<br />Estate of Louise Sothman,deceased,and Letters of Administration with the Will Annexed were issued
<br />to him upon his giving bond in the sum of One Hundred Dollars as ordered by this Court.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Herbert; F. Mayer,
<br />Administrator with Will Annexed, of the Estate of Louise Sothman,deeeased,be and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as such ;further that those persons named in the second paragraph hereof are
<br />all and the only legatees and devisees of said deceased,and that the property described in paragraph
<br />sixth hereof descends according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament and
<br />the finding of this Court in paragraph seventh of this decree;further that all of the terms and
<br />provi4io ns of said Last Will and Testament have been complied with and carried out,that said estate
<br />has been administered,that both Chris Harfet,the executor,and Herbert F.Mayer,theA:dministratbr with
<br />Will Annexed,herein,have fully discharged their trust,have accounted for all monies received by
<br />them or for them and that this estate be closed and said Administrator with Will Annexed,be and
<br />he is hereby discharged out of and under seal of this Court,an(i his bond released.
