THE AUGUETINE CO. 19800 -12.86 <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Grand Island,in said County,on tike 10th day of July,A.D. ,1930. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />In the utter of the Estate <br />of <br />Louise Sothman,deceased <br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judg e of the County Court in and for said County,do here- <br />by certify that on the 16th day of June,1930,the instrument purporting to be the last will and <br />testament of Louise Sothman,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 10th day of <br />Ju1y,1930,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and <br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Louise Sothman, <br />deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 10th <br />day of July,1930. <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk, <br />County Judge <br />and Chris Harfst named therein was,upon his giving bond in the sum of $15,000.002as ordered by <br />this Court,appointed executor thereof;the Court further finds that the deceased at the time of <br />her death,was a widow and that she left the following heirs -at -law: Charles F.Sothman,a san,Eliza <br />Clara Harfst ,a daughter,Paul H. Sothman,a son,Helen Marie Sothman,a daughter,William H. Sothman and <br />Marie Sothman,grandchildren,being children of a deceased son William Sothman. <br />FIFTH <br />That on the 10th day of July,1930,an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three months <br />in which to file their claims against said estate and the executor:,one year in which to settle <br />said estate from the 7th day of August,1930,and further ordering that notice of the same be pub - <br />ltbladd in the Grand Island Herald,a legal newspaper printed and published in said County for three <br />successive weeks prior to the 7th day of August,1930,and it appears by proof on file that notice <br />of said order was published as ordered by this Court. <br />SIXTH <br />The Court further finds that on the loth day of July,1930, the said Chris Harfst as executor,filed <br />in Court his inventory of the property of said estate,and that according to said inventory,the <br />deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property,towit: <br />Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred Thirty -three (133) of Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the gity <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block Four (4) of Ashton Place,an Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska. <br />50 shares of capital stock of the Grand Island National Bank of GrandIsland,Nebraska,and Other <br />chattel property of the value of $9,052.60 <br />SEVENTH <br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament <br />said property descends as follows,to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred Thirty -three (133) of Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island,Nebraska,to Helen Marie Sothman in fee simple;to William H.Sothman and Marie <br />Sothman,children of a deceased son 'William Sothman,the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each; <br />the remainder of said estate,share and share alike,to Charles F. Sothman,Eliza Clara Harfst and Paul <br />H. Sothman,in fee simple. <br />EIGHTH <br />The Court further finds that no claims were filed against said estate,that the time for filing <br />claims has long since expired and that all just debts,including expenses of the last sickness, <br />death and burial of said testatrix,have been paid as well as the court costs,and costs of probate <br />and expenses in connection therewith of said Last Will and Testament and that if there are any <br />
