<br />That on the 16th day of June,1930,Paul H.Sothman filed in this Court a petition for probate of
<br />said Last Will and Testamenttand the appointment of Chris Harfst as executor thereof,and on the
<br />16th day of June,1930,an order-of this Court was made therein assigning the 10th day of July,1930,
<br />at 10 o'clock A.M.at the County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said
<br />p etition,and ordering that a notice be given to all persons interested in said matter by publish-
<br />ing a copy of said order in the Grand Island Herald,a legal newspaper printed in said county,for
<br />three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing,and it appears by proof on file that notice
<br />of said order was given as ordered by this Court.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 10th day of July,1930,said Last Will and Testament was duly
<br />proved,approved and allowed as the Last Will and Testament of Louise Sothman,deceased,a decree of
<br />probate was made thereon,which Last Will and Testament is in words and figures as follows:

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
<br />LOUISE SOTHMAN
<br />OF
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />I,Louise Sothman,being of sound mind and memory,and considering the un-
<br />certainties of this mortal life,do hereby make,publish,and declare this my last will and testament,
<br />in words and figures following,to -wit:
<br />F IRST
<br />I direct that all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last sickness,death and burial,be
<br />paid as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.
<br />S-COND
<br />To my beloved daughter,Helen Marie Sothman,I give and devise my home,being Lot Three (3) in Block
<br />One Hundred Thirty Three (133) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />otherwise known as N0.1115 West Koenig Street,the same to be hers absolute.I also give her all my
<br />furniture and household equipment.
<br />THIRD
<br />To William H.Sothman and Marie Sothman,children of my deceased son William,I give and bequeath the
<br />sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each,the same to be theirs absolute.I make no further provis-
<br />ion for said grand- children,because they are now well provided for.
<br />FOURTH
<br />All of the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,of every kind and nature,and wheresoever situat-
<br />ed,I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved children,Charles F.Sothman,Eliza Clara Harfst,and
<br />Paul H.Sothman,share and share alike,the same to be theirs absolute.
<br />FIFTH
<br />I hereby nominate my son- in- law,Chris Harfst,as executor of this my last will and testament,and
<br />hereby revoke any former will by me made.
