<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County do hereby certify that on the
<br />l8th day of October, 1937, instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Codicils
<br />of William H.Fishburn, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of
<br />November 1937, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicils of the real and personal estate of said
<br />William H.Fishburn deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />William H.Fishburn, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 31st,day of stay, 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Daniel
<br />H.Fishburn, Executor.
<br />The Court, having examined said report and files in said estate and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate
<br />of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report as ordered by the Court, and no
<br />one appearing to object to said final report, the.Court, having examined the same, together with
<br />the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised, finds that said
<br />report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that William H.Fishburn departed this life on the 11th day of October,
<br />1937, and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on October 19, 1937, a petition, duly verified, was filed, praying
<br />for the allowance and probate of an, instrument, with codicils thereto, purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of William H.Fishburn,deceased, the Court thereupon fixed the 10th day of
<br />November, 1937, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament and codicils thereto,
<br />and due notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place for hearing thereon was given
<br />by the Court in the manner provided by law, and on said date, said instrument, with codicils there-
<br />to, was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and
<br />testament of William H.Fishburn, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to
<br />Daniel H.Fishburn,executor as named in said last will and testament, and he thereupon duly qualified
