<br />undivided one - third, to Loyle L,Richards "an undivided one -third interest, and to Homer T.Richards,
<br />an"undivided one -third interest.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was 'not subject to inheritance tax under the state laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, and that the Administrator has paid all funeral expenses and debts of
<br />said estate and costs of administering said estate, and that said estate -ought to be closed and
<br />said administrator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the estate of Frank M.Richards, and that the time so fixed
<br />has fully expired and that all persons having claims against the estate of the said Frank M.Richards
<br />if any-such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and precluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Homer T.Richards, Administrator of said estate, be, and the same hereby is, approved and allowed
<br />as and for his final report, and that said administrator is hereby discharged and his bond re-
<br />leased, and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Frank M.Richards,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are`
<br />forever barred,enjoined and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate'.
<br />TT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate pwned by said-deceased in the
<br />name of F.M.Richards,as follows: Lot 7 in Block 20 in Fairview Park Addition to Grand Island,in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,a.s surveyed,platted,and recorded,did pass and descend under the laws of the
<br />state of Nebraska,on the date of the death of the said Frank M.Richards,deceased,to his sole and
<br />only heirs at law as follows:To Doan H.Richards an undivided one -third interest,to Loyle L.Rich-
<br />ards an undivided one -third interest,and to Homer T.Richards an undivided one -third interest,in
