<br />receipts for all the balance of cash remaining on hand for the pro rata payments to all creditors

<br />that the estate be and it is closed, the administrator is hereby discharged of his trust and his
<br />bond released.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Frank M.Richards, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 6th day of September, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Homer T.Richards, Administrator of the above entitled estate, and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing
<br />upon said report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />The Court, having examined the final report, together with the files and testimony offered in
<br />support thereof, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be allowed
<br />and approved as and for the final report of said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frank M.Richards departed this life on the 24th day of
<br />January, 1932, at his residence in Hall County, Nebraska; that at the time of his death he was
<br />seized in fee simple of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to
<br />which real estate he held title under the name of F.M.Richards, to -wit:
<br />Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Twenty (20) in Fairview Park Addition to Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frank M.Richards left surviving him as his sole and only
<br />heirs at law the following: Doan H.Richards, Loyle L.Richards, and Homer T.Richards, sons, all
<br />over the age of twenty -one years, and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,
