<br />The Court further finds that said George James Candish at the time of his death was the owner of
<br />the following described real estate: Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Sixteen (116) in Railroad
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all the property,real and personal,in the hands of said executrix,
<br />has been delivered to Addie Ellen Candish,under the terms of said last will and testament.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all olaims,if such there be,and
<br />not filed herein against said estate,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED MY THE COURT that the final report of Addie Ellen
<br />Candish,executrix,besand the same is hereby,allowed and approved as and for the final report,said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed,and said executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby
<br />released.

<br />Now on this 19th day of April,1939,thia cause came on to be heard on the final report and account
<br />of Rudolph Seler,administrator of the estate of Henry Seier,deceased,and the court finds from
<br />proofs on file herein that legal notice,as by law and the order of this court required,has been
<br />given to all persons interested of the filing of said final report and account and the time and
<br />place of hearing thereon;that no objections have been filed to said final account and report and
<br />that the same is correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />The court further finds from the proofs on file herein,that notice,as required by law and in
<br />accordance with the order of the court herein,was given to all creditors of the deceased of the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased ;finds that
