<br />will and testament of George James Candish,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.That on
<br />the 9th day of November 1932,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George
<br />James Candish deceased,and thesame was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court afore-

<br />George James Candish,Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 31st day of May,1939,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Addie
<br />Ellen Candish,executrix. The Court finds that George James Candish departed this life on the
<br />5th day of September,1932;that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska;that on the 14th day of October,1932,a petition was filed herein for the probate
<br />of the purported last will and testament of George James Candish,deceasedsThat due notice was
<br />given as by law provided for hearing thereon,and that the Court fixed the time for hearing op
<br />November 9,193 2,and on said date said last will and testament was offered and admitted to probate,
<br />and letters testamentary issued to Addie Ellen Candish,named executrix in said last will and test-
<br />ament.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given of the time and place fixed for hear-
<br />ing on claims,and that said time has fully expired.
<br />The Court finds that all claims and expenses of administration have been aid•that there was no
<br />xP P ,
<br />inheritance tax ,Federal or state ,to be paid.
<br />The Court,having examined the records and files and the final report filed herein,finds that due
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for hearing said final report,and as heretofore ordered by the Court,and there being no
<br />objections to said report,the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix,and that she be discharged,
