<br />Last Will and Testament of Christopher Huebner, deceased, the real estate hereinabove described
<br />passed and descended to Mary Cremer, sometimes spelled Cramer, Elizabeth Opp, John C.Huebner,
<br />Caroline Kinny, Johanna Clark, Lydia Schultz, and Ellen James,(designated in the Last Will and
<br />Testament of deceased as Helen James), all of whom survived the said testato °, share and share

<br />foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate and Final Decree IN THE MATTER
<br />OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER HUEBNER, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, teat the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.

<br />I ,George James Candish,of the city of Grand Island in the County of Hall and state of Nebraska,
<br />considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and memory,do make and
<br />publish this my last will and testament,in manner and form fomowing,that is to say:
<br />1st I direct my funeral charges the expenses of Administrating my estate,and all my debts be paid
<br />out of my personal property.If that be insufficient I authorize my executrix herein after named
<br />to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Addie Ellen Candish all of my estate,real and per-
