0 4W WILL AND DECREE RECORD THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18600 -13.66 WILL AND DECREE. � i\ I, Christopher Huebner, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say: FIRST. I direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to sell all of the real estate of which I shall die the owner, and make distribution of the proceeds therefrom as hereinafter provided. SECOND. I direct that ny just debts, if any, pnd the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out of my personal estate. THIRD. I give and bequeath to my Executors, hereinafter named, as trustees, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100), to be invested in interest - bearing securities and the income therefrom used for the perpet- ual care of my cemetery lot in the Wood River Cemetery, at Wood River, Nebraska. FOURTH. I give and bequeath to each of my Executors, hereinafter named, as full compensation for their services in acting as Executors of this will, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100). FIFTH. I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of which I s1all die the owner to my beloved children, Mary Cremer, Elizabeth Opp, John C.Huebner, Caroline Kinny, Johanna Clark, Lydia Schultz, and Helen James, share and share alike, and in the event of the death of any of my said children prior to the time of my death, leaving issue him or her surviving, at the time of my death, such issue of any deceased child of mine shall take the parent's share, and in the event of the death of any of my said children prior to the time of my death without Issue him or her surviving, at the time of my death, then and in that event my surviving children living at the time of my death shell take the share of such deceased child or children of mine. SIXTH. I nominate and appoint my son, John C.Huebner, and my son- in -l.,w, Frank Opp, as Executors of this will. SEVENTH. I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
