<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 17th day of July, A.D., 1930.

<br />In the Matter of The Estate

<br />Augusta Bruchmann Beberniss, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />23rd day of June, 1930, the instrument purporting to be the last will and "testament of Augusta
<br />Bruchmann Beberniss, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of July,
<br />1930, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Augusta Bruchmann Beberniss,
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />1930, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three months
<br />against said estate and the Administrator one year in which to settle
<br />of August, 1930, and further ordering that notice of said order be
<br />Herald, a legal newspaper printed and published in said county three
<br />14th day of August, 1930, and it appears by proof on file that
<br />ished as ordered by this Court.
<br />SIXTH:
<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of September, 19301 the said Herbert F.Mayer, Admin-
<br />istrator with Will Annexed, filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and that
<br />according to said inventory the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described
<br />property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block Fifteen (15) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block Twenty -seven (27) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Also wearing apparel and personal belongings and in addition thereto, evidences of indebtedness
<br />of the approximate value of $4,650.00.
<br />SEVENTH:
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of the said Last Will and
<br />Testament, said property descends as follows, to -wit:

<br />The Court further finds that Fred Beberniss, widower of said Augusta Bruchmann Beberniss, deceased
<br />consented to the terms and conditions of said Last Will and Testament, in writing on August 1,
<br />1911, affixed to said Last Will and Testament, which consent was offered by him at the time he
<br />offered said Will for probate and was filed in this Court on the 23rd day of June, 1930.
