That by the terms of said last will and testament the said real estate was devised to the said
<br />August Schwieger for and during his natural life, with the right to use the income therefrom and
<br />so much of the principal thereof as may be necessary to permit the said August Schwieger to live
<br />in a comfortable manner, with remainder after the termination of said life estate to the follow -
<br />ing daughters of the said Ida Schwieger, in equal undivided shares:
<br />Ella Jackson, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska
<br />Minnie Wolski, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska
<br />Olga Kincaid, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that the said estate is not subject to the payment of inheritance or estate
<br />taxes.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the said final account of the said Executor
<br />be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and the said Executor discharged from his trust;
<br />that all claims, debts and demands against the said estate be and the same are hereby forever
<br />barred and foreclosed, and that the real estate hereinbefore described be and the same is hereby
<br />assigned, pursuant to the terms of the said last will and testament, to August Schwieger for and
<br />during his natural life, with the right to use the income therefrom and so much of the principal
<br />thereof as may be necessary to perm't the said August Schwieger to live in a comfortable manner,
<br />with remainder after the termination of the said life estate, in equal undivided shares, to the
<br />said Ella Jackson, Minnie Wolski, and Olga Kincaid, in fee simple.
