I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 15th day of November, 1938, the instrument, purporting to be the last will and testament of Ida Schwieger, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of December 1938, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Ida Schwieger deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA In the Matter of the Estate ) of ) DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION Ida Schwieger, deceased. ) Now on this 10th day of May, 1939, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the final account of August Schwieger, Executor of the last will and testament of the said Ida Schwieger, and his petition for distribution. Thereupon evidence was duly introduced, and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that the said final account of the said Executor is true and correct in all respects and should be approved and confirmed by the Court. The Court further finds that the said Ida Schwieger left no personal property of any kind and character; that the said Executor has paid from his own funds the funeral expenses, costs of ad- ministration and all other debts and demands against the said estate of which he has knowledge, and that he makes no claim on account of such payment. The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had for the filing and allowance of claims against said estate; that a time and place has been duly fixed for the filing of such claims and -2- due notice thereof given to creditors and to all persons interested in said estate; that said time has elapsed; that no claims whatever have been filed and that an order should be made herein for- ever barring and foreclosing all debts, claims and demands against said estate. The Court further finds that Ida Schwieger departed this life on or about November 9, 1938, being a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and leaving a last will and testament, which has been duly admitted to probate herein; that she died seized of the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot 1, Block 10, H.G.Clark's Addition, Grand Isiand,Hall County, Nebraska, An undivided one -half interest in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S' SEJ) of Section 5, Township 23, North,Range 57, West 6th P.M., Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska.
