<br />Martin, Roderick J.Martin, Clarence E.Martin and Belle Martin McLaughlin,. to the deceased or his es-
<br />tate, including store accounts, and all suits and actions brought thereon, have been duly compromised,
<br />settled and adjusted as per order of court herein and have been fully paid.
<br />Finds that the deceased died seized in fee simple of the following described real estate, situated
<br />in Hall County, State of Nebraska:
<br />(a) East One Third of Lot Three (3), in Block Sixty -five (65), in the original town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(b) All of Lot Five (5) and the West One Third of Lot Six (6), all in Block Fifty -seven (57), in
<br />the original town, now City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(c) West Half of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot Four (4), In Block One Hundred and Two (102), in Koenig
<br />& Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That deceased died testate, a resident of said Hall County, on May 21, 1936, and that the above
<br />described real estate descended in fee simple, subject to the terms, provisions and conditions
<br />contained in the last will and testament of the deceased to the four children and devisees named in
<br />said last will, Joseph D.Martin, Clarence E.Martin, Roderick J.Martin and Belle Martin McLaughlin,
<br />as tenants in common.
<br />That all securities and personal property of the deceased, including household furniture, ornaments,
<br />and articles and the proceeds of the sale thereof, bank balances and cash on hand, remaining after
<br />paying the debts and expenses of said estate, have been divided, equally among the children of the
<br />deceased, pursuant to the terms of the will and the orders of the court herein.

<br />Finds that the partial assignment of his distributive share in the estate of the testator. by Clarence
<br />E.Martin to Joseph D.Martin and Roderick J.Martin has been adjusted and satisfied between said
<br />assignor and assignees and that all orders of this court for partial distribution among the above
<br />named children of the deceased have been full paid and satisfied and that receipts in full of the
<br />distributive shares of the personal estate of each of said children and legatees are on file herein.
<br />Finds that the estate has been fully administered and that the executors should be discharged of
<br />their trust and their bonds released.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: that said final report and account of
<br />the executors be and it is allowed and approved; that all debts and claims against the estate,
<br />which have been filed or allowed have been fully paid; that all claims and debts of the deceased,
<br />not filed or allowed, if any there be, are barred and all such creditors, if any there be, having
<br />unfiled debts or claims against said estate, are forever enjoined from setting up said claims against
<br />said estate, that all Federal Estate taxes and all Inheritance Taxes, under the laws of Nebraska,
<br />have been duly determined and assessed and have been fully paid; that all costs and expenses of
<br />administration have been fully paid; that all notes, accounts and indebtedness of the above named
<br />children of the deceased owing to the estate and all suits and actions brought thereon have been
<br />duly compromised, settled and adjusted as per order of the court herein and have been fully paid;
<br />that all of the real estate, hereinbefore described, owned by the deceased at his death, passed
<br />and descended under the last will and testament of the deceased and under the statute of wills of
<br />Nebraska to the four children of the deceased, Joseph D.Martin, Roderick J.Martin, Clarence E.Martin
<br />and Belle Martin McLaughlin, share and share alike, as tenants in common subject to the terms, pro-
<br />visions, conditions and restrictions in said will contained and the same is so awarded to them;
<br />that all of the personal estate of the deceased has been disbursed and distributed pursuant to the
<br />provisions of the will and t:,:e orders of this court; that the estate has been fully administered and
<br />is hereby eloped and the executors are discharged of their trust and their bonds released.
