<br />side only, signed by the testator, Joseph D.Martin, and on the margin of the first three pages
<br />whereof, he has also signed, was by said Joseph D.Martin signed, published and declared to be his
<br />last will and testament in our presence, who, at his request and in his presence and in the presence
<br />of each other, believing him to be of sound and disposing mind and memory, have hereunto set our

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />1st day of June 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Joseph D.
<br />Martin, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of June 1936, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Joseph D.Martin, deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 17th day of May, 1939, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report and
<br />account of the executors of of the estate of Joseph D.Martin, deceased, and the court finds from
<br />the proofs on file herein that legal notice as by law and the order of this court required, has
<br />been given to all persons interested of the filing of said final account and the time and place
<br />of hearing thereon; that no objections have been filed to said final report and that the same is
<br />correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />The court further finds from the proofs on file herein, that notice, as required by law and in
<br />accordance with the order of the court herein, was given to all creditors of said deceased of the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that all debts of the de-
<br />ceased and claims against his estate have been fully paid and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said estate and not filed as required, if any there be, are forever barred; that all costs and
<br />expenses of administering said estate have been fully paid; that all Federal Estate Taxes and all
<br />Inheritance taxes under the laws of Nebraska have been duly determined and assessed against said
<br />estate and the succession thereto and have been fully paid as per receipts filed herein.
<br />Finds that all notes, accounts and indebtedness, owing by the children of the deceased, Joseph D.
