Kate Wisong,Deceased, ) Now on this 20th day of May,1939,this matter came'on for hearing upon the petition of Mary E. Roberts for approval of her final report as executrix of the Will and Estate of Kate Wisong, deceased,and for distribution of the personal property of the said estate,for her discharge as such executrix and for the release of her bondsman,and the evidence. Upon submission to the Court and consideration whereof and from the examination of the evidence and the files and records of this case,the Court finds that due and legal notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place of hearing of the said final accounting and petition for discharge.Thereupon the Court being fully advised in the premises finds; 1. That the final account of the said Mary E.Roberts as executrix of the Will of Kate Wisong,deceas- ed,is in all respects just,true and correct;that due notice to creditors of the said Kate Wisong has been given as required by law; that all claims allowed against the said estate have been duly paid and satisfied;that the said estate is now solvent,but that said estate is not liable for any estate or inheritance taxes under the laws of the United States or the State of Nebraska. -1- 11. Court for commission and services and expenses. iv. That the sum of $75.00 be and is hereby allowed to harry F.Russell as his fee for services as attorney in probating the Will of the testator and conducting the proceedings for the settlement.:: of this estate. That according to the terms and conditions of the said last Will and Testament of the said Kate Wisong,deceased,the following cash lagacies are payable,to -wit: To Carrie Alice Wisong Lopeman the sum of $1.00 in cash;Hiram Frank Wisong the sum of $1.00 in cash ;and Chester Arthur Wisong the sum of $1.00 in cash. 111. That upon final settlement of the estate,there will be due to this Court the sum of $36.00 as t Ze' costs in this matter ;that the executrix is entitled,and be allowed a commission and allowance for her services and expenses as such executrix but because of the fact that the executrix is the sole residuary legatee under the Will of Kate Wisong,deceased,she has waived any allowance by thJ3 Court for commission and services and expenses. iv. That the sum of $75.00 be and is hereby allowed to harry F.Russell as his fee for services as attorney in probating the Will of the testator and conducting the proceedings for the settlement.:: of this estate.
