<br />The Oourt further finds that the said Edward Huwaldt, Executor, has transferred all the remaining
<br />personal property undisposed of to Johanna Opp, as Trustee, by virtue of the written agreement on
<br />file herein, and that the said Johanna Opp has receipted for the same, and that there is now no
<br />money or property belong - -- to said estate in the hands of the Executor for distribution.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executor has accounted for all the moneys and properties that
<br />have come into his possession or knowledge, and that his report is in all things true and correct.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by.the Court that Edward Huwaldt, Executor, be and
<br />he is hereby discharged as Executor and his bondsman released.
<br />The Court further finds that Henry Moeller died a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th
<br />day of August, 1937, leaving a last Will and Testament, which last Will and Testament has hereto-
<br />fore been admitted to probate in said County; ti:at the said Henry Moeller was at the time of his
<br />death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left him surviving no widow and the following
<br />named children, all of whom are of lawful age, to -wit:
<br />Albert Gustav Moeller Johanna Maria Opp
<br />John Carl Moeller Rosa Maria Dibbern
<br />Elsabe Margaretha Wiese Nora Nancy Wiese
<br />Clara Augusta Becker
<br />That he left no children, the issue of any deceased child or children, and that the above named
<br />sons and daughters are the sole and only heirs at law of the said Henry Moeller, deceased, and
<br />that all of said sons and daughters are and were at the time of the death of the said Henry
<br />Moeller of lawful age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Moeller was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, S, 9 and 10, the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEINE+); the North
<br />half of the Southwest Quarter (N-,�SW4) and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWJSWJ),
<br />all in Section Twenty -five (25), Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The East half of the Northeast Quarter (Ej NE;),the North half of the Southeast Quarter (NJ SEJ),
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWj SEJ) and the Southeast Quarter of the South-
<br />east Quarter (SE4 SEJ),all in Section Twenty -two (22),Township Ten (10),North,Range Ten (10),West
<br />of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots Two (2),Four (4) and Five (5) on Island,the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE,
<br />NWj) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWj NWJ),all in Section Twenty -nine (29),
<br />Township Ten (10),North,Range Nine (9),Weet of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />School land lease to Lot One (1) in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWj NWj) of
<br />Section Thirty -six (36),Township Ten (10),North of Range Ten (10),Weet,in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />Lot Five ( ) of Section D of Grand Island cemetery.
<br />Lot One (1� in Block Nine (9),Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court thatihe above described real estate did
<br />pass and descend at the date of the death of the said Henry Moeller,deceased,to the devisees named
<br />in the last Will and Testament of the said Henry Moeller,deceased,in accordance with said last
<br />Will and Testament,subject,however,to the charges made against said tracts and parcels of real
<br />estate by said last Will and Testament,and the same is hereby set off unto them.

<br />Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
