<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />10th day of September 1937, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry
<br />Moeller, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 6th day of October, 1937,
<br />said - instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry Moeller,deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 11th day of May, 1939, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of Edward
<br />Huwaldt, Executor, and the Court, after having examined the records and files in this cause, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given of the filing of said Final Report, and that the heirs at
<br />law have in writing approved said Final Report, and there being no objections on file;'now, there-
<br />fore, at the time fixed for hearing upon said Final Report, this court finds that said report is
<br />in all things true and correct, and that the same should be approved;.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED ArD DECREED by
<br />the Court that the
<br />Final Report of Edward Huwaldt,
<br />executor,
<br />be and the same is hereby approved.
<br />The Court
<br />further finds that due and legal notice
<br />of the time fixed
<br />for filing claims has been
<br />given in
<br />the manner and form provided by law, and
<br />that said time has
<br />long since elapsed; that all
<br />claims on
<br />file have been paid in full;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AMID DECREED by
<br />the Court that all
<br />claims not now on file be and
<br />the same
<br />are hereby forever barred and precluded.

<br />illness, funeral expenses,
<br />attorney fees,
<br />executor's
<br />fees and exPonses of administering said
<br />estate have been
<br />paid in full.
