<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the mortgage thereon,

<br />Quarter (SWJNWj), all in Section Twenty -nine
<br />(29), Township Ten (10.), North Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, subject
<br />to the mortgage thereon,
<br />subject, however, and upon the express conditions as
<br />follows:
<br />(a) That the said Elsabe Margaretha Wiese shall pay
<br />to my daughter, Nora Nancy Wiese, the sum of
<br />Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00), to be paid on or
<br />before November 1, 1941, with interest at the
<br />rate of five per cent (5 %) per annum, payable semi - annually, commencing with six months after the
<br />date of my death, which sum with interest thereon I
<br />hereby make a charge upon said land. .
<br />(b) And also subject to the condition that the said
<br />Elsabe Margaretha Wiese shall pay the sum of
<br />Thirty -five Hundred Dollars ($3500.00) principal and
<br />the interest thereon of the $7500.00 mortgage
<br />to the Nebraska Loan and Trust Company, which is now
<br />a lien upon the premises herein devised, and
<br />also a lien upon the 415 acres hereinbefore devised
<br />to John Carl Moeller.
<br />V.
<br />In making this will, I have taken into account what
<br />I have previously done.for my children, and I

<br />all indebtedness that any child
<br />rent for the year 1937•
<br />The rest, residue and remainder
<br />situated, I hereby give, devise
<br />Albert Gustav Moeller, Elsabe h1i
<br />or children may owe me as of this date, not including,however,

<br />of my estate of any and all natures whatsoever and wheresoever
<br />and bequeath unto my seven children, to -wit, John Carl Moeller,
<br />irgaretha Wiese, Clara Augusta Becker, Johanna Maria Opp, Rosa
<br />Maria Dibbern and Nora Nancy Wiese, share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely.
