<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: HENRY MOELLER
<br />That I, Henry Moeller, being of sound mind and disposing memory, but not unmindful of the un-
<br />certainties of human life, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking all former wills by me made;
<br />1.
<br />I direct that my just debts, exclusive of real estate mortgages, and expenses of my last illness
<br />and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

<br />To my son, John Carl Moeller, I hereby devise the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (1),Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), the Southeast Quar-
<br />ter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJNE4), the North half of the Southwest Quarter (NJSW}), and the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW*SWJ), all in Section'Twenty -five (25), Township Ten
<br />(10), North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the mortgage
<br />thereon. .
<br />together with all my interest in and to a school lease to the following described real estate:
<br />Lot One (1) in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter ('NWJ NWJ) of Section Thirty -six (36)
<br />Township Ten (10), North of Range Ten (10),West, in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />subject, however, to and -upon the express conditions as follows:
<br />(a) That the said John Carl Moeller shall pay to my daughter, Johanna Maria Opp the sum of Three
<br />Thousand Dollars ($3000.00), to be paid on or before November 1, 1941, with interest at the rate of
<br />five per cent (5 %) per annum, payable semi - annually, commencing with six months after the date of
<br />my death, which sum with interest thereon I hereby make a

<br />(b) To Albert Gustav Moeller and to Edward Huwaldt, as Trustees, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars
<br />($3000.00) for the use and benefit of my daughter, Rosa Maria Dibbern, with power to invest and
<br />reinvest said sum and the income in such securities as shall be eligible for savings banks under
<br />the laws of Nebraska, and to pay to the said Rosa Maria Dibbern, as to them shall seem best, so
