307 No. 7 HALL COUNTY .. Elizabeth M.Abbott and their children, Othman A.Abbott, Edith Abbott, Grace Abbott and Arthur G. Abbott; that the deceased died seized in fee simple of the following described real estate,situated In Hall County, State of Nebraska to -wit: fractional Lots One (1) and Tro (2), all in fractional Block Thirty -three (33) in Morrill's Addition and complimentary fractional Lots One (1) and Two (2), and Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), all in fractional Block Fifty -five (55) in Wasmer's Third Addition, both additions to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that said real estate passed and descended on the death of said intestate under the statutes of descent of Nebraska as follows: - an undivided one third interest in fee simple to said Elizabeth M.Abbott and an un- divided one sixth interest each to said Othman A.Abbott, Edith Abbott, Grace Abbott and Arthur G. Abbott. 4. The 6ourt further finds that all personal property of which the deceased died seized has been disbursed and distributed according to the intestate laws of Nebraska and the order of this court as shown by receipts on file herein; that the estate has been fully administered and that said administrator should be discharged of his trust and his bond released. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: That the final account of said adminis- trator be and the same is hereby in all things approvdd and allowed; that all claims against said estate have been fully paid and that all persons having claims against said estate or the deceased, which have not been filed or allowed, if any there be, are forever barred and injoined from setting up or asserting any such claim against said estate; that the deceased died intestate June 24, 1935 a resident of said Hall County and that he left surviving him as his only heirs at law, his widow, Elizabeth M.Abbott and his four children, Othman A.Abbott, Edith Abbott, Grace Abbott and Arthur G.Abbott; that said intestate died seized in fee simple of the real estate hereinbefore described and that said real estate passed and descended under the statutes of descent of Nebraska, in fee simple as follows : - an undivided one third interest to Elizabeth M.Abbott and an undivided one sixth interest each to said Othman A.Abbott, Edith Abbott, Grace Abbott and Arthur G.Abbott and the same is hereby awarded to them in the proportions above set forth; that said estate and the succession thereto is notsubject to any inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska or to any Feder- al estate tax; that said estate has been fully administered and is hereby settled and closed and the administrator is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
