Now on this 31" day of December, 1935, this cause came on to be heard by the Court on the final <br />report and account of A.G.Abbott, administrator of said estate, and his petition for allowance of <br />said report and his discharge as such administrator. And it appearing from the evidence and proofs <br />on file in this court that regular notice, as by law and the order of this Court required, has been <br />given to all persons interested of the time and place of examining and allowing said final account, <br />by publication for three successive weeks in a legal newspaper, published within said Hall County <br />and no one appearing to object to said final report and account, the Court, on examination thereof, <br />finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved. <br />2. The court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice, as by law and the <br />order of this court required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the <br />time and place for filing same; that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired; that all <br />claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and that all persons having un- <br />filed claims against said estate, if any there be, are forever barred and precluded from making <br />claim thereon and all such unfiled claims and debts, if any, are barred; that all costs and expenses <br />of administration have been paid; that said estate and the succession thereto are not subject to <br />any inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska or to any Federal estate tax. <br />3.
