<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 23 day of October, A.D. 1925.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate

<br />William McLellan, deceased.

<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 2"
<br />day of October 1925, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William McLellan
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23 day of October 1925, said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said William McLellan, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of James McLellan, Executor, and for the final
<br />settlement of the aforesaid estate.
<br />The Court finds that William McLellan departed this life on the 26th day of September, 1925; that
<br />on the 2nd day of October, 1928, a petition was filed in this Court, offering for probate a document
<br />purporting to be the last will and testament of William McLellan, deceased, that a time was fixed,
<br />notice,given, as by lava provided for hearing upon said petition; that on the 23d day of.October,
<br />1925, said. document purporting to be the last will and testament of William McLellan, deceased, was
<br />duly admitted to probate; that James McLellan thereupon furnished bond and was duly appointed
<br />executor of the last will and testament of William McLellan, deceased, as therein provided.
<br />The Court finds that due notice was given to creditors of the time and place fixed for filing and
<br />hearing of claims, that such time has fully expired, that all claims filed and allowed have been
<br />paid, that the expenses of administration, executor's fees and attorneys' fees have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said William McLellan left, as his sole and only surviving heirs at
<br />law; James McLellan, Albert MacLellan, Rebecca McLellan Thomas, Ada McLellan Layman (named in said
<br />last will and testament as Ada McLellan Laymon),•William McLellan, and Jeanetta McLellan Leiser,
<br />who are the devisees and legatees named in said last will and testament.

<br />The Court further finds that all taxes, state and Federal, inheritance, have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said William McLellan at the time of his death was the owner of all
<br />the real estate hereinafter described, to -wit:
<br />Southeast quarter Section 4, Township 11, Range 10, Southeast quarter Section 5, Township 11,
<br />Range 10, Test half and southeast quarter Section 9, Township 11, Range 10,
<br />Northwest quarter and southehalf and northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 13,
<br />Township 11, Range 10,
<br />Northwest quarter of southeast quarter, southeast quarter of northwest quarter and southwest
<br />quarter of Section 16, in Township 11, Range 10,
<br />Southeast quarter of Section 17, Township 11, Range 10,
