<br />I give and devise to my daughter, Ada McLellan Laymon, the west half of the northeast quarter, and
<br />the northwest quarter, of Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10)
<br />West, in Hall County, Nebraska, without right, power or authority in the said Ada McLellan Laymon
<br />to alienate or in any manner incumber said real estate for a period of ten years after my death.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give and devise to my son, William McLellan, the southeast quarter of Section Four (4), and the
<br />Northwest quarter of Section Nine (9), all in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10) West, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, without right, power or authority in the said William McLellan to alienate
<br />or in any manner incumber said real estate for the period of ten years after my death.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I give and devise to my daughter, Jeanetta McLellan Leiser, the southwest quarter, the southeast
<br />quarter of the northwest quarter, and the orthwest quarter of the southeast quarter, of Section
<br />Sixteen (16), and the south half of the so theast quarter of Section Seventeen (17), all in Town-
<br />ship Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10) West, in Hall County, Nebraska, without right, power or auth-
<br />ority in the said Jeanetta McLellan Leiserlto alienate or in any manner incumber said real estate
<br />for the period of ten years after my death

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Jam,
<br />Dollars, upon the uses and trusts and for
<br />said sum of Five Thousand Dollars, and to
<br />the sum of Five Hundred Dollars of the prii
<br />terest on said $5000,until said $5000 has 1

<br />accumulations, has been fully paid to her,

<br />s McLellan, as Trustee in Trust, the sum of Five Thousand
<br />he purposes following: to receive, invest at interest,
<br />ay therefrom to my daughter, Ada McLellan Laymon, annually
<br />.cipal of said bequest, together with the accumulated in- 'b
<br />een fully paid to the said Ada McLellan Laymon, and in
<br />ie before said sum of five thousand dollars, with the
<br />then said trustee shall pay what remains of said trust
<br />fund, together with the accumulations thereto, to such Children.of the said Ada McLellan Laymon
<br />as shall survivt her, share and share alike.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and reminder of the property, both real and
<br />personal, of which I shall die the owner, to my said children, James McLellan, Albert McLellan,
<br />Rebecca McLellan Thomas, Ada McLellan Laym n, William McLellan, Jeanetta McLellan Leiser, and to
<br />the survivors of them, share and share ali#e.
<br />TH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my son, James McLellan, as executor of this will, and in the event of the
<br />death of the said James McLellan before thE time of my death, or of his inability to act as such
<br />executor, then I nominate and appoint my son, Albert McLellan and William McLellan, as executors
<br />of this will, granting unto said executor or executors full power and authority to sell and convey
<br />any real estate owned by me at the time of my death other than that herein specifically devised.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
<br />23rd day of September, A.D., 1924.
