<br />and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which
<br />seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own
<br />name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the
<br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />W'ILL AND DECREE NN I.
<br />I, William McLellan, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to
<br />say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to my son, James McLellan, the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of
<br />the southeast quarter of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10) West,
<br />the undivided one -half of the northwest quarter of Section Three (3), in Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West, and the undivided one -half of the south half of the southwest quarter of
<br />Section Thirty -four (34), in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eleven (11) West, all in Hall County
<br />Nebraska, without right, power, or authority in the said James McLellan to alienate or in any man-
<br />ner incumber the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said Sec-
<br />tion 13, in Township 11 North of Range 10 West, for the period of ten years after my death.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and devise to my son, Albert McLellan, the southeast quarter of Section Eight (9) and the
<br />southwest quarter of Section Nine (9 ), all in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10) Nest of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, without right, power or authority in the said Albert Mc-
<br />Lellan to alienate or in any manner incumber the same for the period of ten years after my death.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and devise to my daughter, Rebecca McLellan Thomas, the southeast quarter of Section Nine
<br />(9), and the southeast quarter of Section Eighteen (15), all in Township Eleven (11) North,Range
<br />Ten (10) West, in Hall County, Nebraska, without right, power or authority in the said Rebecca
<br />McLellan Thomas to alienate or in any manner incumber said real estate for the period of ten years
<br />after my death.
