<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Sidney Bin-
<br />field and Charles Miller, Executors of the Estate of Ernest E.Binf ield, Deceased, be, and the same
<br />hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed as the Final Report of said Executors, and said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said Executors discharged, upon filing of proper receipts from the
<br />Trustees named in said Last Will and Testament for the assets received by said Trustees.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said
<br />estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or assert-
<br />ing any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as follows
<br />to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE*) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Nine (9),North,Range Eleven (11),
<br />West of the 6th P.I., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended to Sidney Binfield and Charles-Miller, Trustees, in trust, they to hold the
<br />same in trust during the lifetime of Carrie Binfield, widow of the deceased, and for her benefit,
<br />said Trustees to have full charge and control of said premises during the existence of this trust,
<br />and to collect all rents and profits therefrom and to use all the net income derived from said
<br />premises, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the care and maintenance of the said Carrie
<br />Binfield so long as she shall live, and to accumulate any surplus income at compound interest, with
<br />power to pay the said income or.any part thereof, to any person or persons having the care of the
<br />said Carrie Binfield, and with power at all times to apply such accumulations as if they were income
<br />.of the then current year if necessary, and after the death of said Carrie Binfield, terminating the
<br />trust created for her, the premises hereinabove described, shall pass and descend to Robert A. Bin -
<br />field,Jr., Sidney Binfield, Wayne R.Binfield,.Alma Miller, Anna L.Binfield, Bess Nolan, Alice Ries -
<br />land and Grace Farnham,-share and share alike, to have and to hold the same to them and to their
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the following described real estate,
<br />all situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SJNW ) of Section Twenty -eight (29), Township Nine (9),
<br />North,Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SJNWJ) of Section Thirty (30), Township Nine (9), North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Island, in Section Twelve (12),Township Nine (9),
<br />North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W*SWJ) of Section Twenty (20) Township Nine (9),North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />passed and descended in equal shares to Robert A.Binf ield,Jr. Sidney Binfield, Wayne R.Binfield,
<br />Alma Miller, Anna L.Binf ield, Bess Nolan, Alice Riesland, and Grace Farnham, share and share alike,
<br />to have and to hold the same to them and to their heirs and assigns forever.
