<br />I. Ernest E.Binfield, of Prosser, Hall County, Nebraska, being in sound mind, memory and under-
<br />standing, considering the certainty of death, do therefore make and publish this my Last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all.Wille by me heretofore made, in manner and form fol�e
<br />lowing, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executors hereinafter named
<br />as soon after my decease as shall be convenient.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath all my household goods, furniture and furnishings, except my piano, and all
<br />my personal ornaments and jewelry to my beloved son, and daughter -in -law, Sidney Binfield and Ruth
<br />Binfield, to have and to h6ld the same forever, and I give and bequeath my piano to my beloved
<br />daughter Alma Miller, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />THIRD.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, whether now held by me or
<br />hereafter acquired, and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved children,
<br />Robert A.Binfield, Jr., Alma Miller, Anna L.Binfield, Sidney Binf eld, Bess Nolan, Alice Riesland,
<br />Grace Farnham, and Wayne R.Binfield, in equal shares, except as hereinafter provided and subject to

<br />the further provisions hereof.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I direct that the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (0500.00) which I have advanced to my said daughter,
<br />Grace Farnham, and now owing me by her shall be considered as part of my residuary estate and shall
<br />be deducted from her share therein. No interest is to be added to this amount.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my Trustees hereinafter named the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of sec-
<br />tion Twenty -four (24), Township Nine (9), North, of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to be held in trust by them during the lifetime of my beloved wife, Carrie Bin-'
<br />field, and for her benefit, if she shall survive me, said Trustees to have full charge and control
<br />of said premises during the existence of this trust and to collect all rents and profits therefrom,
<br />and to use all the net income derived from said premises, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
<br />for the care and maintenance of my said wife, Carrie Binfield, so long as she shall live, and to
<br />accumulate any surplus income at compount interest, with power to pay the said income or any part
<br />thereof, to any person or persons having the care of my said wife, and with power also at all
<br />times to apply such accumulations as if they were income of the then current year if necessary,
<br />and after the death of my wife, the premises herein described and all accumulations then still
<br />held by the Trustees, if any, shall revert to and become part of my residuary estate, and appor-
<br />tioned in like manner as provided in the Third Paragraph hereof.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />My Executors, hereinafter named, are given full power and authority to sell at public sale or
<br />private sale, at their discretion, all of the real estate of which I die seized, said sale or
<br />sales not to be made within six months after my death, and such sale or sales to be made for
<br />cash or upon terms of part cash and part deferred payments at the discretion of my Executors, 11�)
<br />all deferred payments being secured by first purchase money mortgages upon the real estate sold,
<br />and I hereby give and grant to my Executors hereinafter named full power and authority to sell
<br />and convey by good and sufficient deeds of conveyance my said real estate without application to
<br />or authority from any court therefor, full authority being hereby conferred upon them.
<br />In making final distribution of my estate among my said children, my Executors are empowered, if
