<br />said Andrew Jacobsen and Clara Jacobsen are hereby ordered and directed to convey the legal title
<br />conferred upon them as such trustees by the terms of said last will and testament, to all of the
<br />said real estate described in the trust provision of said will to the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, to-
<br />wit: All of the Southrest Quarter of Section 26, Township 12,'North,Range 12, West 6th P.M.; Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and an undivided one -third interest in all other real estate above described,
<br />and ordered and directed to assign and deliver to said Tena Jacobsen Cox one -third of all cash and
<br />other personal property remaining in said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Andrew Jacobsen, Clara Jacobsen and Tena Jacobsen Cox have
<br />agreed upon a division among themselves of the notes, mortgages, bonds and securitibs described in
<br />the inventory, and all remaining personal property belonging to said estate, and the Executor and
<br />Executrix aforesaid should be,and they are hereby, ordered and directed to assign such personal
<br />property to Andrew Jacobsen, Clara Jacobsen and Tena Jacobsen Cox pursuant to said agreement, upon
<br />their respectively filing herein receipts in full for all their distributive shares in the personal
<br />property belonging to said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the report and supplemental
<br />report of the said Executor and Executrix be and the same are hereby approved and confirmed, and
<br />that upon payment and delivery of the assets in their possession to the persons entitled thereto,
<br />they be discharged from their trust; that the conveyances, assignments and other instruments here -
<br />inbefore described be and the same hereby are approved, and the said Andrew Jacobsen and Clara
<br />Jacobsen discharged from any and all obligations as trustees under any of the provisions of said
<br />last will and testament; that the residue of the personal property be assigned and distributed to
<br />the said Andrew Jacobsen, Clara Jacobsen and Tena Jacobsen Cox in equal shares, as hereinbefore
<br />set forth, and that the real estate above described be and the same is hereby assigned and distrib-
<br />uted to the said Andrew Jacobsen, Clara Jacobsen and Tena Jacobsen Cbx, pursuant to the terms and
<br />provisions of the-maid last will and testament, and subject to the conveyances aforesaid, and that
<br />upon the filing of receipts by each of the said distributies the bond of the said Executor and
<br />Executrix be discharged,

<br />the foregoing copy of The last Will and Testament & Final Decree In the matter of the Estate of
<br />Christian Jacobsen, Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court; that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of said original record; that said Court
<br />had no clerk authorized to sign certificates in his oven name, and that I have the legal custody
<br />and control of said original record; ti ;at said Court is a court of record, has a seal, and that
<br />said seal is hereto affixed; and that the foregoing attestation is in due form, according to the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska.
