J L 1 287 No. 7 HALL,COUNTY WILL AND DECREE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHRISTIAN JACOBSEN I, Christian Jacobsen, widower, of Hampton, in Hamilton County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament in the manner and form fol- lowing, the.t is to say:- FIRST I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, -e first paid. out of my personal estate. SECOND. I give and devise to my son, Andrew Jacobsen, and my daughter, Clara Jacobsen, as trustees, in trust, and to their successors intrust, the southwest quarter of Section Twenty -six (26), in town- ship Twelve (12), North,Range Twelve (12), Vest of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, upon the uses and trusts and for the purposes following: To receive, take possession of, cultivate, lease, or sell said real estate, and in the event of the sale of said real estate by said Trustees, or their successors in trust, to invest, and from time to time re- invest, the proceeds from such sale in interest- bearing United States Bonds, Municipal bonds, or First Mortgages on Nebraska farms, and a mually pay the net income from such real estate, or, in the event of the sale of said real estate, then the net income from the pro- ceeds from the sale of the same, to my beloved daughter, Tena Jacobsen Cox, so long as she shall live, and the remainder in said real estate, after the death of the said Tena Jacobsen,Cox, in the event said read estate has not been sold by said Trustees, or their successors in trust, prior to the death of the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, I give and devise to my grandchildren, Gail Cox Thompson, Helen Cox, Sarah Cox, Edmund Cox, and Harold Cox, daughters and sons of the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, and to the survivors of them living at the time of the death of the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, share and share alike. In the event said Trustees, or their successors in trust, have sold said real estate prior to the death of.my said daughter, Tena Jacobsen Cox, then and in that event I give and bequeath to my said grandchildren, Gail Cox Thompson, Helen Cox, Sarah Cox, Edmund Cox, and Harold Cox, and to the survivors of them living at the time of the death of said Tena Jacobsen Cox, the principal of said trust fund arising from the sale of said real estate, together with any accumulation thereon remaining upon the death of the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, share and share alike, and upon the death of the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, said Trustees, or their successors in trust, are hereby directed to make distribution of said trust estate accordingly. THIRD. All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, and whether now held by me or hereaf tdr acquired, I give, devise and bequeath as follows: To my son, Andrew Jacobsen, an undivided one -third part thereof absolutely. To my daughter Clara Jacobsen, an undivided one -third part thereof absolutely. To my son, Andrew Jacobsen, and my daughter, Clara Jacobsen, as Trustees, and to their successors in trust, an undivided one -third part thereof in trust, upon the uses and trust and for the purposes following: To receive, hold, or sell, any or all personal property in said trust, and to receive, hold, lease, or sell, any real estate in said trust, and to invest, and from time to time re- invest, the proceeds from any and all such sales, in interest - bearing United States Bonds, Municipal Bonds, or first mortgages on Nebraska farms, and annually pay to my daughter, Tena Jacobsen Cox, the net income from said trust estate, so long as she shall live, and the remainder over of the trust estate created by this paragraph upon the death of the said Tena Jacobsen Cox, I give, devise and bequeath to my grandchildren, Gail Cox Thompson, Helen Cox, Sarah Cox, Edmund Cox, and Harold Cox, and to the survivors of them living at the time of the death of Tena Jacobsen Cox, share and share alike. FOURTH. I further expressly provide that the Trustees named in the Second and Third Paragraphs of this will,
