<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice of the time and place for hearing on the final
<br />report has been given to all persons interested in said estate as provided by law and the Court finds
<br />that said account is in all respects true and correct. ,
<br />The Court further finds that due notice has been given as by law required, to creditors, and all
<br />claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid, and that there was no Federal inheri-
<br />tance tax and no state inheritance tax to be paid, and that all expenses of administration have
<br />been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that distribution of the personal property has been made as by law provided,
<br />that the receipts of Guy L.Harrison, Fred L.Harrison, Ray L.Harrison, Florence H.Hetzel, and of
<br />William Suhr, Guardian for Reed L.Harrison, an incompetent, have been filed, approving the final
<br />report and accepting the distribution in full and complete satisfaction of all of their interests
<br />in the personal property of said Emma E.Harrison, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that Emma E.Harrison at the time of her death was the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to Lot Number Four (4) and the westerly twenty -nine f eet of
<br />Lot Number Three (3) in Block One Hundred Eight (108) in Railroad Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and,
<br />An undivided one -fifth interest as a member of the copartnership of The W.H.Harrison Company, she
<br />having-an one -fifth interest in said copartnership, in and to the following described property:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3),and Four (4), in Block Sixty (60) in the city of Weslaco, Hidalgo
<br />County, state of Texas.
<br />That under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, the real estate in the state of Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended to Guy L.Harrison, Fred L.Harrison, Ray L.Harrison, Teed L.Harrison, and
<br />Florence H.Hetzel-an undivided one -fifth each.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final.report of Guy L.Harri-
<br />son, administrator of the estate of Emma E.Harrison, deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all
<br />things, approved and allowed; that said Guy L.Harrison is hereby discharged from his trust as
<br />such administrator of said estate and the sureties on his official bond are released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate, not
<br />filed herein, are forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as follows:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to Lot 4 and the westerly 29 feet of Lot 3 in Block 109 in
<br />Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended, under the laws of the state of Nebraska, to Guy L.Harrison, Fred L.Harrison,
<br />Ray L. Harrison, Florence H.Hetzel, and Reed L.Harrison, an undivided one -fifth each.

<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
