<br />of any inheritance taxes on the part of the County of Merrick or the State of Nebraska and that
<br />said estate is not subject to any estate taxes to the United States.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any claims now outstanding against
<br />the deceased or against said estate, be and the same are hereby forever barred and all persons en-
<br />joined from presenting the same against assets of this estate or the devisees thereof.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said August Niedfelt be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as such and that all property in this estate descends
<br />according to the terms and provisions of said will and the finding of this Court in this decree
<br />and that said estate has been fully administered, the terms and provisions of said will have
<br />been full -y carried out, save and excepting the sum of money held-by the County Judge of Merrick
<br />County, Nebraska, in condemnation proceedings brought by Platte Valley Public Power & Irrigation
<br />District ve Dietrich Niedfelt, and said-executor is hereby-discharged and his bond released.

<br />Emma E.Harrison, Deceased. )
<br />This cause came on for hearing on the 8th day of March, 1939, upon the final account and petition
<br />of Guy L.Harrison, administrator.
<br />The Court finds that Emma E.Harrison departed this life on the 31st day of January., 1936, end was
<br />a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that she died intestate, and left surviving
<br />her the following heirs at law:
<br />Guy L.Harrison, a son,
<br />Fred L.Harrisavn, a son,
<br />Ray L.Harrison, a son,
<br />Reed L.Harrison, a son,
<br />Florence H.Hetzel, a daughter
<br />The Court further finds that on the 28" day of February, 1936, a petition for letters of administra-
<br />tion was filed herein, and hearing had thereon on the 24th day of March, 1936, and on said date
<br />Guy L.Harrison was duly appointed and qualified as administrator of said estate.
