<br />Niedfelt, Oscar Niedfelt and Walter Niedfelt,
<br />The Court further finds that Lots Three (3) and Six (6) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NEJSWIG) of Section Thirty (30) Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eight (9), Merrick County,
<br />Nebraska, was devised to said August Niedfelt and Walter Niedfelt, subject to a charge of $9,000.00
<br />of which said August Niedfelt shall pay to said Dietrick Niedfelt $4,000.00 and said Walter Nied-
<br />felt shall pay to said Oscar Niedfelt $4,000.00 on or before ten years after the death of the de-
<br />ceased, with interest at 5% per annum payable annually, also subject further to the use of two
<br />rooms in the dwelling house on said premises to the use of the said Anna Niedfelt to be kept in
<br />suitable condition for her comfort during the term of her natural life.
<br />The Court further finds that the East half of the Southeast Quarter (E SEJ) of said Section Twenty-
<br />five (25), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) in Hall County, Nebraska, was devised to said
<br />August Niedfelt and Walter Niedfelt and to their respective heirs and assigns forever, share and
<br />share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Ten (10) and Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and
<br />Thirteen (13) on Island in Section Thirty -three (33), also the North Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NJNEJ) and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEJNWJ) and Lots One (1) and Two (2)
<br />in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW}NWJ) of Section Thirty -four (34), Township
<br />Ten (10) North,Range Ten (10) West 6th P.M., in Hall County, was devised to Frieda Klenk, Louise
<br />Stobbe, Olga Tillman, Emma Moeller, Lena Stoffregen, Alvina Ewoldt, Alma Wegner and Anna Niedfelt,
<br />in equal shares, to them and to their respective heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the East Half of Southeast Quarter (E2 SEJ) of said Section Twenty-
<br />two (22), Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Nine (9), West 6th P.M., in Howard County, Nebraska,
<br />was devised to said August Niedfelt and to his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (WISEt) of said Section Twenty-

<br />two (22), Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Nine (9), West 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska, was
<br />devised to Walter Niedfelt and to his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EJSWJ) of said Section Twenty-,
<br />two (22), Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Nine (9),West 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska, was
<br />devised to said Oscar Niedfelt and to his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WJSWJ) of said Section Twenty -
<br />two (22), Township r'ifteen (15) North,Range Nine (9),West 6th P.M., in Howard County, Nebraska,
<br />was devised to said Dietrich Niedfelt and to his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the premises devised in paragraph 1X of said Will located in Dewey
<br />County, Oklahoma, was conveyed by deed to the devisees named in said paragraph before the deceased
<br />died, and are no part of this estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said August Niedfelt was appointed Trustee for the said Anna Niedfelt
<br />to take, hold and control all property given to her, to report from time to time to this Court
<br />as to his receipts and disbursements, and that said Trustee is empowered to convey any part of
<br />of said real estate held by him as Trustee on behalf of said Anna Niedfelt, the income derived
<br />therefrom to be used for the comfort of the said Anna Niedfelt during her natural life and any
<br />rest, residue or remainder at the time said Anna Niedfelt should die, shall go to the eleven heirs
<br />named in this decree, towit: Frieda Klenk, Louise Stobbe, Olga Tillman, Emma Moeller, Lena Stoff-
<br />regen, Alvina Ewoldt, Alma Wegner, August Niedfelt, Oscar Niedfelt, Dietrich Niedfelt and Walter
<br />Niedfelt, and to their respective heirs forever.
<br />The Court further finds that said Dietrich Niedfelt may use the premises in paragraph V11 of said
<br />Will herein for a period of five years on condition that he pay to the devisees, daughtersof the
<br />deceased, a cash rental of no more than Six Hundred Dollars per year.
<br />The Court further finds that this estate and the legatees and devisees are exempt from the payment
