<br />SIXTH.
<br />That on the 28th day of January, 1938, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three
<br />months from the 19th day of February 1938, in which to file their claims in said estate and further
<br />ordering that a,notice of the same be published in said Central City Republican three successive
<br />weeks and that a hearing be had on any claims filed against said estate in the County Court Room
<br />of said County on the 24th day of May, 1938, and it appears by proof on file that a copy of this
<br />order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />Seventh.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 28th day of April, 1930, said August Niedfelt filed his in-
<br />ventory in this estate and that according to the same the deceased died seized and possessed of
<br />the following described premises, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NEjSWj) and Lots Three (3) and Six (6) in Section
<br />Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eight (8), West 6th P.M. in Merrick County,Nebraska,

<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EiSEi) of Section Twenty -five (25) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North,Range Nine (9) West 6th P.M. and
<br />Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Ten•(10),Eleven (11),Twelve (12), and Thirteen (13) on Island in Section
<br />Thirty -three (33) and
<br />North Half of Northeast Quarter (NJNEI) and Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter and Lots One -
<br />(1) and Two (2) in Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty -four (34),
<br />all in Township Ten (10) North,Range Ten (10) West 6th P.M., also
<br />Lot Three (3) in B1ocX Ninety -six (96) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island, and
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Five:(5):in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, all in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, also
<br />The South Half (S2) of Section Twenty -two (22), Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Nine (9),West
<br />6th P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska,
<br />Also various livestock, household goods, automobile, farm machinery, money in bank and various
<br />promissory notes.
<br />Eighth.
<br />The Court finds that the livestock and machinery listed in said inventory was bequeathed to
<br />,August Niedfelt, Dietrich Niedfelt, Oscar Niedfelt, and Walter Niedfelt.
<br />The Court further finds that the household goods and furniture and all other personal property
<br />in the home of the deceased excepting money or evidence of indebtedness were bequeathed to Anna
<br />Niedfelt.
<br />The Court further finds that Lot Ten (10) in Block Five (5) in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island and Lot Three (3) in Block Ninety -six (96) of the Original Town now City of Grand
<br />Island, were devised to August Niedfelt as Trustee for the use and benefit of the'said Anna Nied-
<br />felt for the term of her natural life, with remainder over to Frieda Klenk, Louise Stobbe, Olga
<br />Tillman, Emma Moeller, Lena Stoffregen, Alvina Ewoldt, Alma Wegner, August Niedfelt, Dietrich
