<br />In Section Thirty -Three (33), also the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N2NEJ), the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1NWi) and Lots One (1) and Two (2) in the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW4NWJ) of Section Thirty -four (34), all in Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, that is to say to my daughters Frieda
<br />Klenk, Louise Stobbe, Olga Tillman, Emma Moeller, Lena Stoffregen, Alvina Ewoldt, Anna Niedfelt
<br />and Alma Wegner.

<br />To my said son August and to his heirs and assigns forever I give and devise the East Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (EISE4) of Section Twenty -two (22) in Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Nine (9)
<br />West of 6th P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska.
<br />To my said son Walter and to his heirs and assigns forever I give and devise the West Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (W2SE4) of said Section Twenty =two.
<br />To my said son Oscar and to his heirs and assigns forever I give and devise the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E2SWJ) of said Section Twenty -two (22).
<br />To my said son Dietrich and to his heirs and assigns forever I give and devise the West Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (W2SWJ) of said Section Twenty -two (22).
<br />IX.
<br />I give and devise unto my twelve children the East Half of the Southwest Quarter(Z JSWJ), the North-
<br />west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NWJSE}) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(SWJNEJ) of section Thirty -one (31) in Township Nineteen (19) North,Range Eighteen (18) in Dewey
<br />County, Oklahoma, that is to say I give said premises in equal parts to my children Frieda Klenk,
<br />Louise Stobbe, Olga Tillman, Emma Moeller, Lena Stoffregen, Alvina Ewoldt, Anna Niedfelt, Alma
<br />Wegner, August Niedfelt, Dietrich Niedfelt, Oscar Niedfelt and Walter Niedfelt, and to their res-
<br />pective heirs-and assigns forever.
<br />X.
<br />I hereby appoint my said son August trustee for my said daughter Anna, :he shall take and control
<br />all property herein given to my said daughter and shall account to the County Court of Merrick
<br />County, Nebraska, from time to time for all receipts and disbursements by him received or made on
<br />her behalf. I further empower said. trustee to convey any of that part of my estate which I have
<br />herein given my said daughter Anna and he shall take the proceeds from the sale of any such prop-
<br />erty and invest the same and pay the, net income from such investments to her, to be used for her
<br />comfort so long as she may live. At her death all property herein given my daughter undisposed
<br />of by said trustee, shall go to my other eleven children named in this will share and share alike,
<br />and to their heirs forever.
<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be the same real, personal or mixed property, I give,
<br />devise and bequeath unto my said twelve children, their heirs and assigns forever, share and share
<br />alike.
<br />I have conferred with the firm of Mayer & Mayer, Attorneys -at -Law, in Grand Island,Nebraska, and
<br />have arranged to have this will probated by them and I direct the executor herein to be guided by
<br />their advice and accept their legal services as the attorneys for my estate.
<br />I hereby give to my said son Dietrich Niedfelt the right and privilege to use the premises des-
<br />cribed in Section Seven of this will for a period 'of five years from and after my decease on con-
<br />dition that he pa.y'to my daughters mentioned in said paragraph, a cash rent of not more than Six
<br />Hundred ($600.00) dollars per year.
