No. 7 HALL COUNTY <br />LAST WILL OF DIETRICH NIEDFELT. <br />I. Dietrich Niedfelt of Merrick County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory but recognizing <br />the uncertainties of this mortal life, hereby make this my last will, revoking all former wills by <br />me made. <br />1. <br />I hereby <br />appoint my son August Niedfelt <br />executor of this <br />will <br />and hereby provide that he need give <br />no surety <br />for the faithful performance <br />of the duties of <br />that <br />office. <br />11. <br />After the payment of all just debts, expenses of burial and costs of administration, I hereby give <br />and bequeath to my dearly beloved daughter Anna Niedfelt, all my furniture, household goods, kitchen <br />utensils and any other personal property which may be in my house at the time of my decease,; save <br />and excepting money or evidences of indebtedness. <br />111. <br />All my cattle, horses and other livestock and my machinery and farm implements, I give and bequeath <br />to my sons August Niedfelt, Dietrich Niedfelt, Oscar Niedfelt and Walter Niedfelt in equal parts. <br />In the event that said legatees cannot agree upon a division of said machinery and implements, my <br />son August shall make the division for said legatees. <br />1V. <br />To my son August Niedfelt I give and devise Lot Ten (10) in Block Five (5) in Bonnie Brae Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, and Lot Three (3) in Block Ninety -six (96) of the Original Town now <br />City of Grand Island, to be held by him as trustee for the use and benefit of my said daughter <br />Anna Niedfelt for and during the term of her natural lifetime, and at her death, I give and devise <br />said premises to my eleven children and to their heirs forever, share and share alike, that is to <br />say, to Frieda Klenk, Louise Stobbe, Olga Tillman, Emma ai <br />
