said estate remaining in the hands of the Executrix consists of the stock of merchandise and fixtures
<br />in the grocery store referred to in the inventory, and certain accounts receivable, and that the said
<br />J.George Schmidt died seized of the following described real estate, which belongs to said estate:
<br />Lot Eight (5), Block Ten (10), John Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Block Trelve (12) of John Voitle's Addition, and its complement Fractional
<br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3) of Evans' Addition, both as certified, platted and recorded, additions
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />All that part of Lot Eight (5) in Block Five (5) in South Grand Island, a subdivision of part of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -two (22), Township Eleven (11),North,Range Nine (9), West 6th
<br />P.M., lying East and South of the right of way of the Grand Island & Wyoming Central Railroad Com-
<br />pany over and through said lot.
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -one (21), in Township
<br />Eleven (11), North,Range Nine (9), West 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point 33 feet West of a point 99 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Section
<br />Number 21, running thence North parallel with the East section line for a distance of 66 feet; thence
<br />running West and parallel with the South section line for a distance of 132 feet, thence running
<br />South parallel with the East section line for a distance of 66 feet; thence running East parallel
<br />with the South section line for a distance of 132 feet to the place of beginning, being a rectang-
<br />ular tract of ground having an east frontage of 66 feet and a depth of 132 feet.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in -
<br />The North 90 -3/4 feet of Lot Twenty -two (22) of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 10, in Township 11, North,Range 9, West 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said J.George Schmidt departed this life on May 22, 1935, being a
<br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska. That he left surviving him as his only heirs at law:
<br />Emma Schmidt, his widow, of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Harry Schmidt, a son of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Clara Sanders, a daughter, of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
<br />Margaret Krow, a daughter, of Laramie, Wyoming.
<br />and that he left a last will and testament which has been duly admitted to probate herein, wherein
<br />he devised and bequeathed all of his property, both real and personal, to the said Emma Schmidt in
<br />fee simple and absolutely, and that the real and personal property above described belonging to said
<br />estate should be assigned and distributed to the said Emma Schmidt as provided thereby.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED that the final report of the said Executrix be,
<br />and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and that she be discharged from her trust as such
<br />Executrix, and the real and personal property above described be, and the same is hereby,assigned
<br />distributed and set over to the said Emma Schmidt absolutely and in fee simple.

<br />tificate of Probate and Decree of Distribution, IN THE NATTER OF THE ESTATE OF J.GEORGE SCHMIDT,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal., which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
