L75 <br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD <br />THE AUCU /TINE CO. 13600.12.36 <br />Second. <br />I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Emma Schmidt all of my property, both real and personal of <br />whatsoever kind or nature and wherever situated to be by her held absolutely. <br />Third. <br />I name, nominate and appoint my wife Emma Schmidt Executrix of this my last will and testament <br />and I direct that she be not required to furnish bond while serving in that capacity. <br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hard this 16" day of April 1919• <br />J.George Schmidt. <br />We the undersigned, whose names are hereunto subscribed do hereby certify that the above testator, <br />J.Geo. The Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place <br />of said hearing has been given to all persons interested in said estate, and upon a careful examin- <br />ation of said final report and a consideration of the evidence duly introduced, the Court finds <br />that the facts stated in the said report are true and correct and that the same should be a p- proved <br />and confirmed as the final report of the said Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had for the allowance and payment of claims <br />agai-nst the said estate; that a time and place has been duly fixed for the filing of such claims; <br />that said time has expired and that all claims, debts and demands against the said estate have been <br />paid in full, including the expenses of administration.
