The Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place <br />of said hearing has been given to all persons interested in said estate, and upon a careful examin- <br />ation of said final report and a consideration of the evidence duly introduced, the Court finds <br />that the facts stated in the said report are true and correct and that the same should be a p- proved <br />and confirmed as the final report of the said Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had for the allowance and payment of claims <br />agai-nst the said estate; that a time and place has been duly fixed for the filing of such claims; <br />that said time has expired and that all claims, debts and demands against the said estate have been <br />paid in full, including the expenses of administration.
