<br />The Court further finds that the heirs at law and devisees are all of lawful age; that they have
<br />requested that the estate be closed and the real estate set off unto them, and that there is no
<br />good reason why the same should not be done.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the above described real estate
<br />did, upon the death of the said Herbert H.Glover, deceased, pass and descend in accordance with
<br />the terms of said last Will and Testament, and Maggie F.Glover died on July 30,1936, and that the
<br />real estate hereinbefore described, did, subject to the equitable life estate of the said Maggie
<br />F:.Glover, pass and descend by virtue of the last Will and Testament to Edward D.Glover, George T.
<br />Glover and Herbert F.Glover, otherwise known as H.F.Glover, and that said real estate hereinbefore
<br />described, together with all real estate owned by the said Herbert H.Glover at the time of his
<br />death, be and the same is hereby set off unto the said Edward D.Glover, George T.Glover and Herbert
<br />F.Glover, otherwise known as H.F.Glover, as tenants in common, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that this estate be and the same is hereby
<br />closed; that the acts of Grand Island Trust Company as Administrator, cum testamento annexo, be and
<br />the same are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed and said administrator, C.T.A. be and it is
<br />hereby discharged.

<br />said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his oven name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Laura Ewoldt, if she survive me, a life estate in
<br />all the real estate now owned or hereafter acquired by me, including the real e.state hereafter des-
<br />cribed.

<br />Subject to the life estate devised by Item one hereof, I give, and devise to my son, Emil Ewoldt,
