<br />costs, administrator's fees, attorney's fees and all the other expenses of administration have been
<br />paid.
<br />The Court further finds that Herbert H.Glover is one and the same person as H.H.Glover; that Maggie
<br />F.Glover, widow of said Herbert H.Glover died on July 301 1936; that said Grand Island Trust Com-
<br />pany, Administrator, C. T. A. complied with the second paragraph of the last Will and Testament.
<br />by paying the said Maggie F.Glover such amount as was reasonable and proper during her lifetime.
<br />The Court further finds that said Herbert H.Glover left him surviving, his widow, Maggie F.Glover,
<br />and three sons, all of whom are of lawful age, to -wit, Edward D.Glover, George T.Glover and H.F.
<br />Glover; that wherever in this estate the name of Edward D.Glover appears, it is one and the same
<br />person as E.D.Glover, notwithstanding the discrepancy in nrames, and wherever in this estate the
<br />name of H.F.Glover appears, he is one and the same person as Herbert F.Glover, notwithstanding the
<br />discrepancy in names.
<br />The -0ourt further finds that at the time of the death of the said Herbert H.Glover, deceased, he
<br />was the owner of the following described real estate:

<br />1. All of Lot Eight (8) in Block Fifty. -seven (57) of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. All of Lot Five (5) in Block Sixty -four (64) of the Original Town, now City4i of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. All of-Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Thirty -nine (39), of the Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Isla.nd,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />4. All of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Eight (S), in Block Nineteen (19) of Baker's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />5. The Northerly Forty -four (44) feet of Lot One (1), in Block Thirty -seven (37), of the Original
<br />`town, now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />6. All of Lot Eight (8), in Block One Hundred Thirty; -five (135) of Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />11. Sandpit property consisting of about two (2� acres of ground adjoining City of Grand Island
<br />on Southwest: Commencing at a point where•West line of County road running North and South
<br />through the Southwest Quarter (SWj) and the Southerly part of the Northwest Quarter (NWT) of
<br />Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.N., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, intersects with the South line of Anna Street in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, running thence Southwesterly along South line of said Anna Street about 209 feet
<br />to the center line of Logan Street, thence Southerly parallel with the center line of Logan
<br />Street abut 450 feet to a point where said line intersects with West line of said County road,
<br />thence North along West line .of said County Road to the place of beginning; and as described
<br />in certain Deeds recorded in Book 47, Page 519, and Book 46, Page 531, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hell County, Nebraska.
<br />12. Fractional Lot Four (4) and the Westerly Six (6) feet of Fractional Lot Three (3), in Block
<br />Twenty (20) of Arnold & Abbott's Addition; and also that part of Lot Four (4) of the County
<br />Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE, SW of Section Sixteen
<br />(16), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, and lying immediately
<br />South of lots above mentioned and adjoining same, making a rectangular plot of ground, all
<br />being in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, (which the deceased had under con -
<br />tract to purchase.)
<br />The Court further finds that there may be other real estate not herein listed, which was owned
<br />by the said Herbert H.Glover, at the time he died, which may have been situated not only in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, but in other counties in this State, and that all other real estate which was
<br />owned by the said Herbert h.Glover at the time he died, stands in identically the same position
<br />as the real estate hereinbefore mentioned, and passed and descended in the manner in which said
<br />real estate hereinbefore listed, passed and descended.
<br />The Court further finds that �,at .the time of the death of the said Herbert H.Glover the real estate
<br />which had substantial value was heavily encumbered by mortgage, and that some of the real estate
<br />has been liquidated; thatAis has been impossible to sell the real estate,owing to the condition
