<br />Grand Island Trust Company, Administrator, cum testamento annexo, and it appearing to the Court
<br />from the records and files in this case that notice of the filing of said Final Report has been
<br />given in the manner and form provided by lava; that there are no objections on file to said Final
<br />Report, and that the heirs, devisees, and all persons interested in the estate of Herbert H.Glover,
<br />deceased, have filed a request that the Final Report be approved:
<br />NOW9 THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of Grand
<br />Island Trust Company, Administrator, cum testamento annexo, be and the same is in all things rat-
<br />ified, approved and confirmed.
<br />The Court finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax, either Federal or State.
<br />The Court further finds that on September 26, 1.93.5, an order was entered in this cause barring
<br />claims, that all claims which have been hereto filed in this estate have been satisfied; that
<br />the expenses of last illness, funeral expenses and burial expenses have been paid; that the court
