<br />WILL AND DECREE.,`
<br />I. Herbert H.Glover, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make
<br />and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say. ::
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate, both real and
<br />personal, of which I shall die the owner, to my wife, Maggie F.Glover, and my sons, Edward D.
<br />Glover, George T.Glover, and H.F.Glover, as trustees in trust, upon the uses and trusts and for
<br />the purposes following: To receive control, manage, lease, sell, invest, and from time to time
<br />re- invest the same, in interest - bearing securities, and from the income therefrom, as long as my
<br />said wife, Maggie F.Glover, 'Mall live, pay: First: The taxes, insurance and necessary repairs;
<br />second, to my said wife, Maggie F.Glover, monthly, so long as she shall live, such sums as my
<br />said trustees, and the survivors of them, shall deem just and proper, for her support and confort ;
<br />and third, pay to my said sons, Edward D.Glover, H.F.Glover, and George T.Glover, each, semi - annually,
<br />one -third of what remains from the income from my estate; and fourth, as soon after the death of
<br />my said wife, Maggie F.Glover, as the same can be done without sacrifice to my estate, pay to my
<br />said. sons, Edward D.Glover, George T.Glover and H.F.Glover, each one -third of what remains of said
<br />trust estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Maggie F. Glover, and my said sons, Edward D.Glover
<br />and George T.Glover, and H.F.Glover, as executrices of this will, hereby granting unto said
<br />executrices, and unto the survivors of them, full right, bower, and authority to sell and convey
<br />real estate.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />The provisions made in this will in behalf of my said wife, Maggie F.Glover, are in lieu of her
<br />rights in and to my estate under the law.
