<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT the final report of said executrix
<br />in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further that Mary Schlagman
<br />Clara Dryer and Leonhardt Krebs, John Krebs and Lena Krebs are all and the only legatees and devisees
<br />of said deceased, and that the property described in paragraph Sixth hereof, descended according
<br />to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament and the finding in paragraph 7th of
<br />this decree; further that said estate has been fully administered, all debts paid and that said
<br />executrix be and she is hereby discharged from further acting herein and her bond released.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK SCHLAGViAN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in

<br />last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made:

<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

<br />WHEREAS, by Ante Nuptial Agreement, dated December 21st, 19x7, I relinquished all my interest in �.
<br />the estate of Estella Race, in the event our marriage be consummated, and she relinquished all her
<br />interest in my estate, except as hereinafter specified.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby ratify said ante nuptial agreement in all respects and declare that it is
<br />my intention that she shall not be a devisee or legatee under this will. ",f
<br />I direct that my executors and trustees shall make, execute and deliver to the said Estella Race
<br />a quit claim deed to Lot Eight (S) in Block Thirty (30) Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand. Island, Nebraska,frree and clear from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, and deliver to
<br />her the possession thereof forthwith, in performance of the ante nuptial agreement entered into
<br />by us^ hereof, provided that said marriage shall have been consummated. In the event said marriage
<br />shall not have been consummated, then this devise shall be null, void and of no effect and said
