<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County. do hereby certify that on the
<br />22nd day of June, 1938, the instrument purporting -to be the Last Will and Testament of Frank Schlag-
<br />man, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of August, 1938, said in-
<br />strument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Frank Schlagman, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 3rd
<br />day of August, 1938.

<br />That on the 13th day of August, 1938, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three
<br />months in which to file their claims against said estate and the executrix one year in which to
<br />settle said estate from the 7th day of September, 19380 and further ordering that a notice of the
<br />same be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, three successive weeks prior to the 7th day of September, 1938, and it
<br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as by order of this Court.
<br />Sixth.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 30th day of December, 1938, the said Mary Schlagman filed in
<br />Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said inventory the
<br />deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />The Westerly Five (5) acres, more or less, of a tract of 10.14 acres, more or less, formerly owned
<br />by Orrison Davis, in the Northeast; corner of the Northwest quarter (NWI) of Section Twenty -two (22)
<br />Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9),West 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract hereby
<br />conveyed being more particularly described as follows by metes and bounds: Commencing.at a point
<br />225', feet west of the Northeast corner of the said.Northwest Quarter of Section 22 hereinabove
<br />mentioned and described and upon said north line of said Section 22 and uwai;lnp

<br />running south and parallel with the half section line of said section 992 feet, thence East and
<br />parallel with the North line of said section 220 feet, thence north parallel with the half "section
<br />line of said section 992 feet to the place of beginning, the whole containing 6 acres, more or less,
<br />and having a frontage of 220 feet on said section line road north of said section 22 and having a
<br />depth back from said road of 992 feet.
<br />On deposit in First National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska $600.00
<br />Seventh.
<br />The Court further finds that said property descends according to the terms and provisions of said
<br />Last Will and Testament, said Mary Schlagman having failed to file any objections thereto and having
<br />accepted the terms and conditions thereof; and that said real estate is the homestead of said Mary
<br />Schlagman.
<br />Eighth.
<br />The Court further finds that all just debts and claims against said estate and the costs of admin-
<br />istration in said estate have been paid, and any debts or claims outstanding, if any there be, are
<br />hereby barred and enjoined from being asserted against this estate or any part thereof; and. that
<br />this estate is subject to no inheritance tax whatsoever in favor of the County of JJ411, State of
<br />• Nebraska, nor United States of America.
