<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) the 25th day of January, 1939, present:
<br />Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />BE IT RE1121BERED that on the 28th day of December, 19381, Mary Schlagman, executrix of the estate
<br />of Frank Schlagman, deceased, filed in this Court her final report as such executrix and her
<br />petition praying that said account be allowed; for a decree of heirship, an order of distribution,
<br />a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes the 25th day of January, 1939, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account, and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in the Grand Island Inde-
<br />pendent, a legal newspaper printed and published in said County three successive weeks prior to
<br />said day of hearing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by
<br />Court and that no objections to said final report have been made or filed.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />First.
<br />That Frank Schlagman departed this life on the 11th day of May, 1938, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />testate, and at the time of hi9 death, he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that said
<br />deceased left a Last Will and Testament which was filed in this Court for probate on the 22nd day
<br />of June, 1938, Second.
<br />That Mary Schlagman was nominated in said Last Will as executrix thereof, and that the following
