<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall

<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) the 25th day of January, 1939, present: Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the 31st day of December, 1935, E.W.Augustine, administrator of the
<br />estate of Irving M.Augustine, deceased, filed in this Court his final account as such administrdnr
<br />and a petition praying that said account be allowed; for a decree of heirship, an order of distrib-
<br />ution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes the 25th day of January, 1939, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court room in
<br />said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing
<br />thereof be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing such notice in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County for three successive weeks prior to
<br />said day of hearing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by the
<br />Court and no objections to said report and petition have been filed.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />First.
<br />That Irving M.Augustine departed this life on the 10th day of May, 1935, intestate, and that at
<br />the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Second.
<br />That on the First day of June, 1935, Alice T.Augustine filed in this Court a petition praying
<br />for administration of the estate of said Irving M.Augustine, deceased, and the appointne nt of
<br />Ernest W.Augustine as administrator thereof and setting forth that the heirs and all the heirs -at-
<br />law and next of kin of said Irving M.Augustine, are Alice T.Augustine, his widow, Ernest W.
<br />Augustine, a son, Olive D.Augustine, a daughter, Howard M.Augustine, a son, and Irving D.Augustine,
<br />a son, all over the age of 21 years; and on the first day of June, 1935, an order of this Court
<br />was made therein assigning the 25th day of June, 1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room
<br />in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition and ordering that notice of the
<br />pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof be given to all persons interested in said matter
