<br />died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 17th day of April, 1926, and at the time of her
<br />death, the said Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, was a resident and inhabi-
<br />tant of Hall County, Nebraska, and died seized as the owner in fee simple title to the following
<br />described property, to -wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SWa) of Section Thirty (30) in Township Twelve (12) North,Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />that more than 10 years have elapsed since her death, and that no application has ever been made
<br />in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of administrator of her estate, and no petition filed
<br />for that purpose, and no administration has ever been had upon the estate of Elizabeth Stoeger,
<br />sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, left
<br />surviving her as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Philip Stoeger,
<br />John Stoeger, a
<br />Nettie Wheeler,
<br />Lillian Ihde, a
<br />Clarence Stoege
<br />Mary Engbert, a
<br />George Stoeger,
<br />surviving husband,
<br />son,
<br />a daughter,
<br />daughter,
<br />r, a son,
<br />daughter, and
<br />a son,
<br />all of lawful age, and
<br />Deverne Stoeger,
<br />Cleo Stoeger and
<br />Glenn Stoeger,
<br />minor children of Charles Stoeger, a deceased son of the said Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known
<br />as Elyzabeth Stoeger, Deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that under the laws of the State of Nebraska, in force at the time of the
<br />death of the said Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, the real estate herein -
<br />before descriied passed and descended by absolute title to Philip Stoeger, an undivided one -third
<br />interest therein, and to John Stoeger, Nettie Wheeler, Lillian Ihde, Clarence Stoeger, Mary Engbert
<br />and George Stoeger, each an undivided two - twenty- firsts interest therein, and to Deverne Stoeger,
<br />Cleo Stoeger and Glenn Stoeger, each an undivided two - sixty -- thirds therein.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses of said deceased have been fully paid, and that
<br />all debts of said deceased and of her estate, if any such existed, are forever barred and precluded,
<br />and the costs of these proceedings have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Elizabeth Stoeger, some-
<br />times known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 17th day of April,
<br />1926; that more than 10 years have elapsed between the death of the said Elizabeth Stoeger, some-
<br />times known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, and of the filing of this petition herein: that no application for
<br />the appointment of an administrator of her estate has ever been made, nor has there ever been any
<br />administration upon the estate of said deceased in the state of Nebraska; that said deceased died
<br />seized as the owner in fee simple title to the real estate he °einbefore described; that the petitioner
<br />is a competent and qualified person to prosecute this proceeding; that said deceased left surviving
<br />her as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, the following named persons, to -wit: Philip Stoeger,
<br />surviving husband, John Stoeger, a son, Nettie Wheeler, a daughter, Lillian Ihde, a daughter,
<br />Clarence Stoeger, a son, Mary Engbert, a daughter, and George Stoeger, a son, all of lawful age,
<br />and Deverne Stoeger, Cleo Stoeger and Glenn Stoeger, minor children of Charles Stoeger, a deceased
<br />son of the said Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, Deceased; and that upon
<br />the death of the said Elizabeth Stoeger, sometimes known as Elyzabeth Stoeger, the hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed real estate, owned by said deceased at the time of her death, passed and descended to said
<br />heirs, as hereinbefore found by the Court, in absolute title.
<br />IT IS Ft?RTHFR ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE; COURT that all debts of said deceased, and of her
<br />estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded and further administration of said
<br />estate is hereby dispensed with, and said estate is finally settled and forever
